Director of Operations - Kevin Sibila
Kevin has had a successful career flying corporate, charter, and 21 years with JetBlue which has given him a lot of wisdom to help lead the PAC team. He enjoys flying his personal helicopter and shooting sports.

Chief Pilot - Matt Potter
Matt is the Chief Pilot at Priority. He is a skilled pilot and has been flying with Priority since 2017.

Human Resources - Ryan Mathys
Ryan joined Priority as the Human Resources manager in 2018. Ryan enjoys playing ice hockey, hunting, and fishing. He and his wife, Tracy, are the parents of twins and the family is always entertained by their two dogs.

Dispatch Supervisor - Kevin Mathis
Kevin is our Dispatch Supervisor and part of our first shift team. He has been with Priority since 2004.
Dispatcher - Justin Holt
Justin is also part of our first shift dispatch team. He joined the Priority team in early 2012.
Dispatcher - Aaron Carter
Aaron joined the Priority dispatch team in 2024. He is our second shift dispatcher.
Dispatcher - Logan Scruggs
Logan has been with Priority since 2013. He covers the third shift dispatching dutys.
Priority Air Charter Aircraft Maintenance Department
A&P, Maintenance - Matt Kirby
Matt was added to our full time staff after spending sometime here working on a DC-3. He is an A&P and enjoys spending his free time in the garage working on his '85 Trans am.
A&P, Maintenance - Ryan Burkholder
Ryan joined Preferred in 2012 helping in our structures department. He is an A&P, and when a Job in Priority maintenance opened up he was a perfect fit. When he's not here he enjoys hunting and fishing.
Maintenance - Judah Hembree
Judah started with Priority in the fall of 2023. He has recently earned his private pilots license and is currently working on obtaining his commercial rating.
